Bath exhaust fan
I have been thinking about installing an exhaust fan in my bathroom. When it is 5 degrees F outside, opening the window in the shower is not cutting it. For instructions all I have found are the ones from Lowe's. What does everyone think? Anyone have any better instructions?

Most attics require a value of R-30, R-38 or R-49, depending on your climate and location.
